    Dear all

Just for information: After an update from jquery 2.x.x to 3.x.x (while having jqwidgets 4.1.2), we observed a big issue using jqxgrid and virtual scroll (with server side filtering / sorting, but without paging [angularjs use case, but I think it would occur also without angular): As soon as we sort on any column AND scroll down a little bit in the grid, the grid endlessly flickers and reload data… going back to jquery 2.2.4 solved the problem.

I do not have the time to prove this with a minimal example (because we also need a backend for this).
But I show it with a short video:

So it would be great, if you could throw an eye on this (there are probably other issues, if jquery 3.x.x is used).

    Hello badera,

Thank you for your feedback. Could you, please, share if there are any errors thrown in your browser’s console when the issue occurs? Please note, that jQuery 3 is still not supported by jQWidgets, but the support is in our official plans.

    Best Regards,
    Dimitar

    Hi Dimitar

On every such “reload”, one js error occurs:

We have bought jqWidgets and have the source package; if it helps, I could also use the non-uglified jqx-all.js, if you need more infos than just line 7.

    Hi badera,

Thank you. We have noted this issue and will do our best for it to be resolved when jQuery 3 is officially supported by jQWidgets.

    Best Regards,
    Dimitar
