    how can i add placeholder for the jqxTreeGrid filter field

    Hello wpd,

    You can set the placeholder of the input element using jQuery, there is not a build-in property.

    $('#filtertreeGrid input').attr('placeholder', 'Enter value');

    Here is an Example.
