Hi,
how can i set the color of pie series with my own color?
i tried this also:

You can define a custom Scheme and use it.
Example: http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxchart/javascript_chart_pie_series_custom_style.htm

But how can i set the scheme with color from JSON in dataadapter?

You have to define the scheme as shown in the provided sample. That is not related to JSON or dataAdapter.
