Onclick to reload or displayed an animated chart

[petite_moiMember]

I am a jquery newbie. I have a web page that have the option of viewing a bar chart or a tabular form. I have an img with the id=img_icon. The default for the page is that it load the chart. Next to the chart, there is an icon for a table. If user click on the table icon, it will switch to the tabular data of the chart. The table icon is now a chart icon that will allow user to view the chart again. Basically, it is a toggle to switch back and forth between tabular to chart and vice versa.

My question is how I switch from tabular to chart, it will “reanimate” the chart. Currently, it will only show the chart in its final static state.

Thanks.

Hi petite_moi,

Calling the jqxChart’s ‘refresh’ method will reanimate it.
