Hi,
I have 2 nested grids under one parent grid. The initrowdetails gives the required information to work with;
var initRowDetails = function(index, parentElement, gridElement, record) {}
My problem arises because we have to allow the user to open multiple row-details at the same time. Hence when user opens row 2, after that opens row 1, and makes any changes to nested grid in row 1, I get row 2 index in index variable.
Is there any other way to get parent Id when user edits a nested grid?

In initRowDetails, the parent grid’s id is stored in
gridElement.id

Sorry if I was not clear earlier, I do not want the parent grid id.
I want the parentrowid
and/orindex
