Mobile Behavior of jqxGrid

We are new to jqxGrid, but have build a web application using it – but we noticed some behaviors which we dont understand

On the iPhone, the gesture to pinch zoom does not work when your fingers are located within the grid. Outside of the grid zooming works

On the Microsoft surface pro on the edge browser the touch scrolling does not work…

Is there special code or a special version of the grid control needed to enable mobile interactive behaviors.

We don’t find such behavior with the current version of the widget.

We are certainly having this problem on the iphone 6 (with the latest iOS version) using the evaluation version we downloaded about 6 weeks ago . We are downloading the latest production release and I will recheck.

If the problem is reproducible with the current version, I will email support a link to the app so you can reproduce. I will also confirm the touch scrolling problem on windows 10 with the surface pro.

We can confirm that the latest licensed download version resolves the problem with the iPhone 6 pinch to zoom. Thanks
