listbox with copy and checkbox issue

hello –

up front, let me state that jqlistbox & jqcombox is the greatest time-saver i have ever come across. thank you so much for providing it.

i am attempting to combine these two:

checkboxes: true, 
dropAction: 'copy',

but as you can see from this jsfiddle, if you drag an item from the top box to the lower box, the checkboxes in the top box appear to become disabled:

Hello edwardsmarkf,

Please, take a look at this example.
You should add additional logic if you want to save the ‘checked’ items – you could use ‘getCheckedItems’ method to get all checked items and check them again after the refresh method.

it sounds as if you are saying the two jqlistbox option (checkbox & dropAction) settings are incompatible with one another?

i had hoped that i discovered a bug that would be fixed soon…..

but refresh works, although i certainly wish we didn’t have any extra code associated with it.
