Hi,

jqxMenu and jqxTree is declaring a global variable $element. When any of these widgets are used, $element is globally accessible, window.$element or $element, holding
elements.

Sorry, I cannot edit my previous post. I get redirected to home page. By $element holding elements, I meant holding LI elements (it was not html encoded).
