I created a jqxForm with some controls and I’m trying to use hideComponent to hide 1 element, but it’s not working fine. Do you have practical examples about how to use it?
BTW, is it possible to group elements to hide them all at once? I was thinking of replicating the behavior when you show or hide a DIV with multiple controls inside.
Thanks a lot!
Please, take a look at the following Example.
Thanks Martin, but the example you gave me is not using hideComponent, instead it’s using a workaround.
I found here that hideComponent was not working fine and it has been fixed.
Could you please let me know in what release has been or will be fixed? Because in my example I am using https://jqwidgets.com/public/jqwidgets/jqx-all.js (which has jQWidgets v10.1.5) and hideComponent method is not working fine yet.
we would suggest you to use the workaround, which was suggested by my colleague – Martin for now. It seems that the issue with this component was not entirely fixed for jqwidgets 10.1.5.
