    I was wondering if its possible to have 4 nodes in a horizontal row and child rows appear downwards? Thanks. Awsome widget by the way!

    Unfortunately jqxTree does not have such a feature.

    It sounds like you are looking for a menu concept. That control usually renders horizontal with drop down menus
