grid list filter issue with ß character

I found an issue with the german “ß” character while using select filter.

If you choose “Straße” for the “First Name” column, you get no results.

Testet in Chrome and FF.
Works in IE.

Problem seems to be javascript toUpperCase() function, which converts lowercase “ß” to uppercase “SS”.

Are you sure you have implemented all of the required files?
When I tested it in the demo that is on our website it seemed to work fine.

Hi w9MC2,

Yes, I can confirm it did ‘say’ that. But when I tested the localization demo that is on our site: link, with data from your example, I couldn’t re-create the issue.
Also, keep in mind the release versions and the system configurations, they can affect a lot.
