Export tree in html format: Possible?

How do I export the tree display in an html format?

I looked for an html export format in the API, but nothing there.

Am I missing something?

Hi Alastair,

jqxTree does not have data export. If you’re looking for data export, you can use jqxTreeGrid.

Thanks for the quick response.

But since I am using the drag and drop facilities of Tree (which are not supported by TreeGrid), I have to use the Tree.

But TreeGrid supports data export, so I have to load my data to the TreeGrid in order to export it in html.

Perhaps there is a convenient method for exporting data from Tree to re-import it into TreeGrid – just so that I can export it to html?

Hi Alastair,

There is no such method. The only common between both widgets is the expand/collapse and that both are developed by us. It’s not possible to load data from jqxTree into jqxTreeGrid.
