There is a bug in jqxTreeGrid: ensureRowVisible does not scroll the grid, if the scroll position is above line where to scroll.

Prove:
http://jsfiddle.net/6XZW5/73/

If the scroll position is on top, clicking the button will not scroll down.
If we remove showStatusbar: true from settings, it works.
