Dropdown filter to behave like in Excel

It it possible to configure filters to get the same effect like under Excel?

in example, if I have two drop-down filters and use first one to filter data, then options under second one are updated and only these options are visible which are available after first filtration (this is how Excel behave).

Is it possible to archive such behaviour?
