    I have a grid with several columns 2 of which are grouped.
    if i try to hide the 2 columns that are grouped using the jqxGrid(‘hidecolumn’, ‘xxx’) method i get an error in IE8,
    using jquery 1.11.1 and jqWidgets 3.4.
    Is hiding columngroups not supported in jqWidgets for IE8?

    Hello mlbartonsr,

    Thank you for your feedback. We confirm there is an issue in Internet Explorer 8 when you are trying to hide all grouped columns and have created a work item about this.
