Change CSS of the jq grid

Hi,
I would like to change the font size and font color of the grid. Along with this, i would also like to change the background color of the entire grid.
Can you please let me know which elements i should target in order to achieve this.
There are 2 files used for jq grid. base.css and energyblue.css…..

Can someone please let me know…
