I am trying to add bootstrap menu in grid row cell but it not showing well even i set z-index.

We recommend using our widgets. I would like to suggest you look at this example: http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxgrid/customwidgetscolumn.htm?light You could use mentioned approach where is used jqxButton, there you could integrate jqxMenu.
